I feel a little gross for eating carbs for brunch but I had a major spaghetti craving. Tomato pesto spaghetti and cloves of garlic, olives and torned up rocket with liberal sprinkling of mozzarella & red cheddar cheese. I chucked in some canned whole sardines for a little protein. My favorite part of eating canned sardines has to be the soft bone fish spine that runs down the middle. Tasty tasty tasty!
